Mission Statement

William “Billy” Vito La Venia had an exceptional ability to see in others what they could not see in themselves. He would uncover and celebrate the darkest places within you and free you from the need to conceal and doubt yourself. Billy loved to empower and celebrate the people around him, especially women, who would otherwise hide in the insecurities of their failures, or misgivings. He would lift people up, show them their possibilities, and mentor them to help them achieve their goals. This was his "Billy Effect". He did this and never expected anything in return. To Billy... he was simply being Billy. To those that crossed his path, he was a guiding light.

Whether a woman needs help paying for an education, leaving a dangerous situation, or simply needs a safe place that provides mentoring, advice, and an opportunity for her to be heard and listened to by other women, The LiveLikeBilly™ Foundation is committed to continuing the spread of the "Billy Effect" for women of all ages.

Through the our foundation, the Billy Effect will live on.
